When a booking is made, you’ll directly land on the Booking Admin Panel displaying all your reservation details, such as your unique booking reference Number which can be used to check the status of your online booking. Our Reservation team would mail you relevant hotel vouchers with confirmation.

Once booking is confirmed & you have received the itinerary, your guest would be required to take a printed copy of itinerary or access it using our itinerary app

Yes you can cancel the booking subject to Cancellation Terms & Conditions. In case of amendment before confirmation you can directly make it on the system. If you have to amend the confirmed booking please get in touch with our operation team via email or telephone

Yes, you would be having an option to give rights to book services or view only option to each account. By setting the account to view only status, your team can only view rate of quotation but can’t confirm services. For confirmation & reservation all bookings would come to you.

Yes, we can white label travb2b system for you, which would enable you to distribute it to your agent partner. You can add your own mark for each agent. However, if your agents are consuming a large amount of bandwidth without booking services & using system only for view rates, we would be reviewing such cases and might have to revoke the account of your affiliate

You can choose to make payment either in India (Local taxes would be applicable) or choose to pay in Thailand (Remittance charges would be applicable) by Bank transfers. You can also make payment via credit card, the credit card fees & conversion fee would be applicable

Unless specify stated Cancellation of hotels & Services which have surpassed the grace period to hold would be charged 100% cancellation fees or as stated by the hotel policy

Generally refunds are easy, after cancellation & reconciliation you would be refunded within 5-6 working days after deducting any cancellation fees applicable. However in some cases reconciliation would take some time for taking relevant feedback from customer service team. Your refund would be processed to the same account from which booking was done or our team will issue a credit note which can be redeem in next booking
